By signing up and using MyVendor, you agree to use the platform in compliance with applicable Indian laws and these terms. MyVendor is operated by Vinayak Technocrats LLP, registered in Gujarat, India.
Vendor responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for accurate product listings, timely order fulfillment, and maintaining lawful business practices. MyVendor provides infrastructure — it does not participate in vendor-customer transactions.
Platform usage
Subscription fees are charged monthly. The platform may not be used for unlawful goods or services. MyVendor reserves the right to suspend accounts in violation of these terms.
